Returns Policy
Policy Overview: At Warrior By Nature, our commitment is to offer high-quality products from our brands—Metal Monster, Helheim, and Volition. Due to our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction, we only accept returns if the products are faulty. We encourage customers to review our size chart carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit and avoid the need for returns due to sizing issues.
Return Conditions:
- Faulty Products: We only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us immediately.
- Eligibility Window: Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted if reported after this period.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Condition of Return: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, including all original packaging and tags.
Process for Returns:
- Notification: Contact our customer service team at info@warriorbynature.co.za with a detailed description of the fault and photographic evidence. Please include your order number in the communication.
- Evaluation: We will assess your return request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on our evaluation of the claimed faults.
- Shipping: If the return is approved, you will be provided with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping the item back to us. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Inspection: Upon receipt, the item will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm the fault. If the item is not found to be faulty as claimed, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
Refunds and Exchanges: If the return is approved and the fault confirmed:
- Refunds: A refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Exchanges: If an exchange is requested and the item is still in stock, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional charge.
Non-returnable Items: Please note that sale items, items purchased with a discount code, personalized items, undergarments, and swimwear are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Limitation of Liability: Warrior By Nature’s liability for any faulty product is limited to the replacement or refund of the purchase price. We do not cover any claim for consequential losses due to a faulty product.
